This is your 10th of 13 weekly channelled readings from my Medicine Song Oracle Cards™, along with the audio clip of the medicine song that matches the card.

The cards and the songs from my Medicine Song CD interact with each other to amplify the energy and experience for you. The cards are based on the Ojibwe medicine wheel the way I was taught by indigenous traditional teachers, and my own Medicine Wheel of Success system, as well as the 13 Grandmother Moons of the lunar cycle and the 28 days of each Moon cycle.

This Medicine Song Affirmation Card is from the East direction of the medicine wheel, representing new beginnings, air/wind, mindset and beliefs.

You might be feeling as if you are stuck in the mud and can’t move. In some areas of your life, you’re probably moving along just fine. But in one or two areas, the mud is thick and the movement is just not happening as you had planned or hoped.

If you are stuck, it’s because you’re not living in the present moment with whatever you’re stuck on. Rather, you’re unconsciously coming up with all kinds of reasons why you can’t take the next step, and digging into the archives of your personal history to try to prove to yourself that taking the next step is just wrong.

It can be hard to bring your focus and awareness into the fact that you’re sitting in the soup of the stuckness. It’s uncomfortable. Good stuff just doesn’t happen in that soup. Or so it would seem. And yet there is a planting, a seeding taking place as you sit with it, in it, and allow the emotions, thoughts, feelings and connection to emerge.

Something about your mindset needs to shift and maybe, it’s just the simple act of consciously being with and in the stuckness, witnessing yourself in it.

Then you can release the old mindset and the stuckness can start to unravel itself.

This is what I often refer to as “the power of I don’t know”. When you soak into that power, you tap into the seedling of what you need to know, or feel or experience in order to create flow again where there was stuckness.

As you listen to this clip, notice the journey it takes you on and allow yourself to be present with it.

This is all happening at a subconscious level, which means shifting it has to come from that subconscious level as well.

The message on the card is: I’m alive, feeling free, no matter what has happened to me.

It’s time to clear whatever hold your past is having on you with respect to your new beginnings. The past is complete. We really only have the present moment anyway, so tap into it. Only dive into the past if activating or feeling it will help you to release it.
