This is your 6th of 13 weekly channelled readings from my Medicine Song Oracle Cards™, along with the audio clip of the medicine song that matches the card.
The cards and the songs from my Medicine Song CD interact with each other to amplify the energy and experience for you. The cards are based on the Ojibwe medicine wheel the way I was taught by indigenous traditional teachers, and my own Medicine Wheel of Success system, as well as the 13 Grandmother Moons of the lunar cycle and the 28 days of each Moon cycle.
Your 6th reading is based on the song “Amazing.” Click on the audio player at the top of this week’s blog to hear the clip and meditate to the healing art while you read the message for the week.
This Inspirational Message Card is from the South direction of the medicine wheel, representing creativity, fire, passion, birthing and the sacred feminine.
If you’re reading this, you’re either in the midst of or about to get into some heavy lifting in your business that only you can do. No, I don’t mean bricks, but it might feel like that. It is up to you whether you choose to walk through the creative fire and do the heavy lifting that is necessary… or you choose to ignore the work in front of you in favour of what’s familiar and seems easier.
While you’re doing all that hard work in your business, it’s really important to celebrate yourself, and to realize that you ARE the treasure. The treasure you’re seeking is actually not the money, or the fame, or success, or whatever else the human part of you can feel like you’re chasing sometimes. Those are all markers and in order to make it with your business, you do need those things. But it all has to come from the REAL treasure: YOU.
Take stock of your dreams and be sure they are YOUR dreams, not what you think you should want, or what someone else has said you should want.
Another layer of “but can I really have the bigger dream?” is peeling off. There is almost a catch in the throat, a feeling of the heart racing, and that moment of nearly turning away. Maybe I can’t do this. Who am I to even think I could live my dream?
You are in the midst of the creative fire. Sometimes it burns. Sometimes it feels deliciously passionate. Sometimes it can consume you. And throughout the creation of something as big and bold as a spirit-led business, you’ve got to keep reminding yourself that you are truly amazing.
The message on the card is “You ARE the treasure. You ARE amazing. It’s time now for that amazingness to come out. The world needs you or you would not be here.”
What parts of you are you not recognizing as treasure?
Your business is one of your creations, which means it is treasure. Throughout your entrepreneurial lifetime, you are always creating. Creating money. Creating whatever success means to you. Creating programs or other kinds of offerings. Creating marketing strategies or things like sales pages, opt-in forms, newsletters, blogs, you get the idea. Being an entrepreneur is an entirely creative experience.
In the image, the sun is shining with spiraling multi-coloured rays of light. Tiny spiral sundrops fall from the sun like rain, spreading the sun’s light even further and imagine one of them lands on you, filling you up with light and energy.
Tap into the life force energy in the air. Every time you breathe in, you are bringing new energy into your system. The more breath and energy you focus on being the treasure while you’re working hard at your business, the more flow you will create. Every breath is an opportunity to shift your mindset into the true magic of believing in yourself, so that you can take that next step in the journey.
Please share on the blog about what this reading means for you and your business.
See you next week.
